Chocolate Berry Bomb

–  1 cup of mixed berries or just blueberries

– 2 cups of unsweetened milk of your choice

– 1 scoop chocolate powder- preferably organic cocoa

– 1 scoop of flaxseed meal

– 1 teaspoon of coconut oil

– 1 handful of spinach or kale

– 1 teaspoon of honey if you prefer it on the sweet side ( optional)
