A breakfast omelette is not to be mistaken for a frittata.
‘What’s the difference’ I hear you ask. Well, not a lot really. If I knew, I would tell you. But I don’t know either. I just thought that was a small point worth mentioning. Anyway, back to making that breakfast omelette.
Think of your breakfast omelette as a blank canvas for a colourful scattering of whatever veggies take your fancy, adding a little ham for extra tastiness. For extra iron and other goodies, we’ve chosen spinach and courgettes for our omelette.
And instead of adding a naughty hunk of cheddar, we’ve chosen a pinch of parmesan instead…yum. Oh, and if you do know the difference between a breakfast omelette and a breakfast frittata, please do tell me in the comments. I’d like to be able to pass that sort of knowledge on.
