If you’re a fan of fruit for breakfast, try stewed fruit for a sweet, sweet start to the day.
We think apricots, peaches, plums and rhubarb are particularly good when stewed. However, you can choose whatever fruit you like for this. For maximum taste, keep it seasonal – and enjoy the sweet hit of warm, fruity goodness combined with fresh yoghurt and an almond crunch.
If you want to make a larger quantity, go for it – it’ll keep in the fridge for a few days. Stewed fruit can be eaten hot or cold, depending on how you feel.
