Turkey salad is a great source of lean protein. We made it with a crunchy celeriac salad and served it with a zesty dressing of pomegranate. This Turkey Salad takes a humble turkey steak from plain simple to plain amazing!
There’s a little bit of chopping and mixing to do here, but you can always make double portions of the base salad, meat marinade and dressing to use again later in the week.
We’ve also used a few different ingredients in this Turkey Salad and so we’d suggest doing a shop before hand as you may not have all the ingredients to hand.
